Information you give us

Our contact form. The form on our contact page asks for your name and email address, lets you add a phone number if you want a call back, asks what you need, and has space to tell us about your pet and your dates. When you send it, your message is delivered to us by email so we can reply. The form also has a hidden field that helps us filter out spam.

Online booking. Our Book Online buttons take you to our reservation portal on pawpartner.com, a separate service. What you enter there, such as your details, your pet’s details and your reservation, is collected by that service so we can manage your booking, and PawPartner’s own privacy policy also applies.

Calls and emails. If you call or email us, we receive whatever you choose to share with us.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the services that deliver this website and its images receive basic technical information when you visit, such as your IP address, browser type, the page you asked for and the date and time. This is used to deliver the site and keep it secure.

We do not use cookies, analytics tools or advertising trackers on this website.
